La formation sera dispensée en anglais.\n\nR est un environnement complet\, flexible et open source dédié à l’analyse statistique et à la visualisation de données. Il est devenu un outil de référence pour les biologistes et les chercheurs en sciences biomédicales qui doivent analyser et représenter de grands volumes de données. Grâce à sa popularité\, R est constamment enrichi de nouvelles bibliothèques dédiées à la manipulation des données\, à la modélisation et à la visualisation.\n\nCette formation de deux jours propose une introduction interactive à R et à RStudio\, un environnement de développement intégré pour R. Due to its popularity\, R is continuously updated and extended with the latest libraries for data manipulation\, modelling\, and visualisation. This 2-day course provides an introduction to R and Rstudio\, an integrated development environment for R\, in an interactive manner.
